Nastanitveni obrat
Apartma Antonia, Ulica 1. maja 12, 8257 Dobova. Nastanitvena dejavnost se opravlja kot sobodajalstvo po 14. členu ZGos in je vpisana v Register nastanitvenih obratov, ki ga vodi AJPES. Gostje so ob prihodu prijavljeni v sistem eTurizem v skladu z Zakonom o prijavi prebivališča (ZPPreb-1).

Reševanje sporov
V skladu z Zakonom o izvensodnem reševanju potrošniških sporov (ZIsRPS) sporočamo, da ne priznavamo nobenega izvajalca izvensodnega reševanja potrošniških sporov kot pristojnega za reševanje potrošniškega spora, ki bi ga potrošnik lahko sprožil v skladu s tem zakonom. Pritožbe sprejemamo na zgoraj navedeni e-naslov in nanje odgovorimo v 8 dneh.
