1. Upravljavec
, , e-pošta , telefon . Pooblaščene osebe za varstvo podatkov nismo dolžni imenovati; za vsa vprašanja o osebnih podatkih se obrnite na navedeni e-naslov.
2. Katere podatke obdelujemo, zakaj in kako dolgo
a) Obrazec za povpraševanje
Ko pošljete povpraševanje, obdelujemo ime in priimek, e-naslov, telefonsko številko (če jo navedete), želeni termin, število oseb, podatek o hišnem ljubljenčku, predvideno uro prihoda in vsebino sporočila. Podatke uporabimo izključno za odgovor na povpraševanje in pripravo ponudbe.
Pravna podlaga: izvajanje ukrepov pred sklenitvijo pogodbe na vašo zahtevo (člen 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Hramba: če do rezervacije ne pride, povpraševanje izbrišemo najkasneje 12 mesecev po zadnji komunikaciji; če rezervirate, podatke hranimo v okviru rezervacije (točka c).
Sporočilo se prenese prek strežnika Cloudflare (Pages Functions) in pošlje na naš e-poštni naslov prek storitve Resend (Resend, Inc., ZDA). Če pošiljanje prek strežnika ni na voljo, se odpre vaš lastni e-poštni program, tako da sporočilo pošljete sami. Povpraševanje se shrani tudi v našo bazo podatkov (Supabase, Inc.; strežniki v EU), do katere imamo dostop samo mi, in se izbriše v rokih iz te politike.
b) Klic ali e-pošta
Če nas pokličete ali nam pišete, obdelujemo podatke, ki nam jih posredujete, za isti namen in pod istimi pogoji kot pri obrazcu. Naš e-poštni predal gostuje Google Ireland Ltd. (Gmail).
c) Rezervacija in bivanje
Ob rezervaciji in prihodu obdelujemo podatke, ki jih zahteva zakon: ime in priimek, datum rojstva, spol, državljanstvo, vrsto in številko osebnega dokumenta, datum prihoda in odhoda ter podatke za obračun turistične in promocijske takse. Te podatke moramo po Zakonu o prijavi prebivališča (ZPPreb-1) posredovati v sistem eTurizem (AJPES), od koder so dostopni policiji, Statističnemu uradu RS in občini.
Pravna podlaga: zakonska obveznost (člen 6(1)(c) GDPR) in izvajanje pogodbe (člen 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Hramba: evidenco gostov hranimo v skladu z ZPPreb-1, računovodske listine pa 10 let po Zakonu o davčnem postopku in ZDDV-1.
Če ste rezervirali prek Booking.com, je za obdelavo podatkov v okviru te platforme odgovoren Booking.com B.V., Amsterdam, po lastni politiki zasebnosti; od njih prejmemo podatke, potrebne za izvedbo rezervacije.
d) Strežniški dnevniki
Ob obisku strani gostitelj Cloudflare zaradi varnosti in delovanja omrežja kratkotrajno obdeluje IP-naslov, čas dostopa, zahtevani URL, podatke o brskalniku in referer. Sami teh podatkov ne zbiramo in ne analiziramo.
Pravna podlaga: zakoniti interes zagotavljanja varnega delovanja spletne strani (člen 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Prejemniki in obdelovalci
- Cloudflare, Inc. (ZDA, podružnica na Portugalskem) – gostovanje spletne strani in obdelava obrazca. Prenos v ZDA temelji na okviru zasebnosti EU–ZDA (Data Privacy Framework) in standardnih pogodbenih klavzulah.
- Resend, Inc. (ZDA) – posredovanje sporočil iz obrazca na naš e-naslov; standardne pogodbene klavzule.
- Google Ireland Ltd. – e-poštni predal (Gmail) in zemljevid Google Maps (samo po kliku »Prikaži zemljevid«).
- AJPES / eTurizem – zakonska prijava gostov.
- Booking.com B.V. – samo pri rezervacijah prek te platforme in samo za sinhronizacijo zasedenosti (koledar ne vsebuje osebnih podatkov).
- Računovodski servis in državni organi, kadar to zahteva zakon.
Osebnih podatkov ne prodajamo in jih ne uporabljamo za oglaševanje ali profiliranje.
4. Piškotki in lokalna shramba
Spletna stran ne uporablja piškotkov in ne vključuje orodij za analitiko, oglaševanje ali družbena omrežja. Uporablja le lokalno shrambo brskalnika (localStorage) za zapis izbranega jezika (ključ antonia-lang). Ta zapis je nujno potreben za delovanje strani po vaši izbiri, zato po 225. členu ZEKom-2 zanj ni potrebna privolitev; ne vsebuje osebnih podatkov in se ne posreduje nikomur. Izbrišete ga z brisanjem podatkov spletnih mest v brskalniku.
Statistika obiska: ob vsakem ogledu strani se anonimno zabeleži ogledana stran, izbrani jezik, država (po omrežju), vrsta naprave (telefon, tablica, računalnik) in spletna stran, s katere ste prišli. IP-naslov se ne shrani; za ločevanje obiskovalcev istega dne se uporabi enosmerni dnevni prstni odtis, ki ga ni mogoče povezati z vami in se naslednji dan spremeni. Piškotki se pri tem ne uporabljajo. Podatki so shranjeni pri Supabase, Inc. (strežniki v EU) in služijo izključno pregledu obiskanosti strani.
Zemljevid: zemljevid Google Maps se naloži šele, ko kliknete »Prikaži zemljevid«. Takrat vaš brskalnik vzpostavi povezavo s strežniki Googla (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Irska), jim posreduje IP-naslov, Google pa lahko nastavi lastne piškotke. S klikom na gumb v to privolite; brez klika se z Googlom ne izmenja noben podatek. Glejte politiko zasebnosti Google.
Pisave gostujemo sami; ob obisku se ne vzpostavlja povezava z Googlovimi strežniki.
5. Vaše pravice
Imate pravico do dostopa do svojih podatkov, popravka, izbrisa, omejitve obdelave, prenosljivosti in ugovora obdelavi, ki temelji na zakonitem interesu. Zahtevo pošljite na ; odgovorimo najkasneje v enem mesecu. Če menite, da podatke obdelujemo nezakonito, se lahko pritožite pri Informacijskem pooblaščencu RS, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, gp.ip@ip-rs.si, www.ip-rs.si.
6. Varnost
Stran je dostopna izključno prek šifrirane povezave (HTTPS). Podatki iz obrazca se prenašajo šifrirano in se ne shranjujejo na spletnem strežniku, temveč le v našem e-poštnem predalu.
7. Spremembe
Politiko zasebnosti lahko posodobimo; veljavna različica je vedno objavljena na tej strani z datumom zadnje spremembe.
Privacy policy and cookies

2. What data we process, why and for how long
a) Inquiry form
When you send an inquiry we process your name, e-mail address, phone number (if given), requested dates, number of guests, whether you bring a pet, expected arrival time and the content of your message. We use this solely to answer your inquiry and prepare an offer.
Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention: if no booking follows, we delete the inquiry no later than 12 months after the last communication; if you book, the data is kept with the booking (see c).
The message is relayed by a Cloudflare server (Pages Functions) and delivered to our mailbox via Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). If server-side sending is unavailable, your own e-mail program opens so that you send the message yourself. The inquiry is also stored in our database (Supabase, Inc.; servers in the EU), which only we can access, and is deleted within the periods stated in this policy.
b) Phone or e-mail
If you call or write to us, we process the data you provide for the same purpose and under the same conditions as for the form. Our mailbox is hosted by Google Ireland Ltd. (Gmail).
c) Booking and stay
On booking and arrival we process the data required by law: name, date of birth, sex, nationality, type and number of identity document, arrival and departure dates and the data needed to calculate the tourist and promotion tax. Under the Residence Registration Act (ZPPreb-1) we must report this data to the national eTurizem system (AJPES), where it is accessible to the police, the Statistical Office and the municipality.
Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention: the guest register as required by ZPPreb-1; accounting records for 10 years under the Tax Procedure Act and the VAT Act.
If you booked through Booking.com, Booking.com B.V., Amsterdam, is responsible for processing on that platform under its own privacy policy; we receive from it the data needed to fulfil the booking.
d) Server logs
When you visit the site, our host Cloudflare briefly processes your IP address, time of access, requested URL, browser data and referrer for security and network operation. We do not collect or analyse this data ourselves.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Recipients and processors
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA, EU establishment in Portugal) – website hosting and form processing. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- Resend, Inc. (USA) – delivery of form messages to our mailbox; standard contractual clauses.
- Google Ireland Ltd. – mailbox (Gmail) and the Google Maps map (only after you click "Show map").
- AJPES / eTurizem – statutory guest registration.
- Booking.com B.V. – only for bookings made on that platform and for availability synchronisation (the calendar contains no personal data).
- Our accountant and public authorities where required by law.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising or profiling.
4. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use cookies and contains no analytics, advertising or social media tools. It only uses the browser's local storage to remember your chosen language (key antonia-lang). This is strictly necessary to provide the site in the language you chose, so under Article 225 of ZEKom-2 (implementing the ePrivacy Directive) no consent is required; it contains no personal data and is not shared with anyone. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser.
Visit statistics: each page view is recorded anonymously: the page viewed, the chosen language, the country (by network), the type of device (phone, tablet, computer) and the website you came from. Your IP address is not stored; to distinguish visitors within a single day a one-way daily fingerprint is used that cannot be linked to you and changes the next day. No cookies are used for this. The data is stored with Supabase, Inc. (servers in the EU) and serves solely to review how the site is visited.
Map: the Google Maps map is loaded only after you click "Show map". Your browser then connects to Google's servers (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland), transmits your IP address, and Google may set its own cookies. Clicking the button is your consent; without the click no data is exchanged with Google. See the Google privacy policy.
Fonts are hosted on our own server; no connection to Google servers is made when you visit.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send your request to ; we reply within one month. Ist der Versand über den Server nicht verfügbar, öffnet sich Ihr eigenes E-Mail-Programm, sodass Sie die Nachricht selbst senden. Die Anfrage wird zudem in unserer Datenbank gespeichert (Supabase, Inc.; Server in der EU), auf die nur wir Zugriff haben, und innerhalb der in dieser Erklärung genannten Fristen gelöscht.
b) Anruf oder E-Mail
Wenn Sie uns anrufen oder schreiben, verarbeiten wir die von Ihnen übermittelten Daten zu demselben Zweck und unter denselben Bedingungen wie beim Formular. Unser E-Mail-Postfach wird von Google Ireland Ltd. (Gmail) gehostet.
c) Buchung und Aufenthalt
Bei der Buchung und bei der Ankunft verarbeiten wir die gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Daten: Vor- und Nachname, Geburtsdatum, Geschlecht, Staatsangehörigkeit, Art und Nummer des Ausweisdokuments, An- und Abreisedatum sowie die Daten zur Abrechnung der Kurtaxe. Diese Daten müssen wir nach dem slowenischen Gesetz über die Wohnsitzanmeldung (ZPPreb-1) an das System eTurizem (AJPES) melden, wo sie der Polizei, dem Statistischen Amt und der Gemeinde zugänglich sind.
Rechtsgrundlage: rechtliche Verpflichtung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO) und Vertragserfüllung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
Speicherdauer: das Gästeverzeichnis gemäß ZPPreb-1; Buchhaltungsunterlagen 10 Jahre gemäß dem slowenischen Abgabenverfahrensgesetz und dem Mehrwertsteuergesetz (ZDDV-1).
Haben Sie über Booking.com gebucht, ist für die Datenverarbeitung auf dieser Plattform Booking.com B.V., Amsterdam, nach deren eigener Datenschutzerklärung verantwortlich; von dort erhalten wir die für die Durchführung der Buchung erforderlichen Daten.
d) Server-Logdateien
